Doing program 2 weeks

did great first week, lost 1 lb., but this week, nothing. I did not gain my pound back, but did not make the smart choices. I will keep at it.

    Good! Sometimes we loose inches and not pounds. It's a good idea to measure yourself for days when you don't loose lbs. Don't get discouraged, just continue with your plan and you will see results!!

    You're doing well - but remember that not every week will be a win, particularly for women who have to deal with hormonal fluctuations and of course water weight. Keep at it and you're sure to see an overall loss.

    Keep it up love! I stuck to my calorie counts for like two months, lost ten lbs, but then hit my plateau as well as stopped logging every day... I only gained two lbs of those ten, due to better diet choices since, but just this week got myself back into it. Stick to it and spend at least 15-20 minutes looking around in here on your friends accounts or in the forums. It keeps you focused.
