I am a laid back person who can be very silly. I am a proud mother of 4 beautiful children ranging between the ages of 9 months and 16.I love being a mom, but I also love being Karena, the other side of me. I started this weight loss journey, back in July of this year. I weighed 210lbs. I have never been that heavy in my life. I put on alot of weight in my last pregnancy. I now weight 195lbs. No fad diets for me, just good ole exercise and healthier eating. It has been coming off really slow, but its coming off. Thats all that matters in the end. I cant wait to get back to the old me, or even a new an improved version.

Slowly but surely as they say in the Caribbean. It will go away. Great job!

When it comes off slowly, it's more likely to *stay* off. Keep on truckin'!

I'm the same, not gone for fad diets or quick fixes, just doing more and eating less but healthier , I see this as a life style change cause I want to loose this weight for good :)

Slow and steady. That is what i am doing, too. If it's too much like a "diet", I won't stick to it. This is a lifestyle change, and one I can stick to. :)
Next year, we'll both be fabulous. :D
