Greetings,
I am fairly new to MyFitnessPal and I absolutely love it. For the exercise portion does any one know how many calories a specific exercise burns. For example, in the exercise program they dont have Bikram Yoga, Slim n 6, nor P90X listed. Therefore I dont know what to log as my exercise for the day. Can anyone advise me as to what I should I log?

Its seems that the only way to know the answers to that is to know what your heart rate was and for how long Hon. Thats not my area of expertise yet0

you can either just use an exercise thats in the system that is similar although not the same (i.e. calethenics or aerobics) or
get a heart rate monitor and add the excercise to your personal data base.
Estimating low on calories burned is a good thing so don't fee bad about using aerobics/calesthenics.
Estimate low on calories burned and Estimate high on calories eaten.0
