what is Aerobics

so i was curious is Aerobics basically a gerneral work out where you are kinda jogging in place doing stretches and kicking your legs our etc?

    Aerobics can be any exercise that elevates your heart rate during exercise, but most go to aerobic classes where they do dance moves or jumping jacks, step exercise and fast moving none stop exercises with a warm up and cool down. Zumba could be classed as aerobics.
