HELP! How do I long my calories?

Ok…, I don’t drink as a rule, but my niece got married yesterday & we all partied pretty hard. I was going to log my food today, but I got a wee bit of a problem. I yak’d up most of whatever I ate & drank. I know, pretty gross. (I’m blaming it on the Patron.) So my question is this..., do I just call the day a bust & move on?

If it’s any consolation, I danced a lot so I got some exercise, lol.

    I had one of those hangovers about a week ago... I didn't log. I figure my body lost so much, give it a day to balance out, then restart.
  • Just start over again today sweetie. Once crazy day will not undo all of the hard work you have done. We are looking for long term lifestyle changes. Along our way will be weddings and other fun days. Enjoy them and then move on. No guilt! :wink:
