    Goal for The Week
    7000 calories

    Monday- 248 calories for 25 minutes of challenge exercises, 199 calories for 20 minutes of running, and 572 calories for 75 minutes of cycling = 1019 calories for today.

    Monday - 209 calories for 21 minutes of running

    Tuesday- 581 calories for 38.5 minutes of running, 20 minutes of walking, 4 minute Tabata workout, and 20 minutes of challenge exercises.

    Wednesday- 1275 calories for 100 minutes of cycling, 37 minutes of walking, and 20 minutes of challenge exercises.

    Thursday- 63 calories walking. :)

    Friday- 1058 calories - Biked to work and home, for 80 minutes of cycling, walked twice at work, total of 40 minutes of walking, and 30 minutes of challenge exercises.

    Saturday-

    Sunday-

    Total: 4205

  • Last Day for this challenge!! Looks like a lot of you took the weekend off :( Maybe you've been too busy to log your calories burned! Anyway I'll be posting a new challenge later today that will start tomorrow.Come on folks git er dun!!

    I didn't take the weekend off!!! I'm determined to get as close as I can to that goal. I really think I could have made it if I hadn't been sick yesterday morning and missed tennis. Tennis would have earned me around 600 calories. I am planning to run another 5K later tonight, my daughter wants to see if she can actually run for 3 miles without stopping, so I'm going out running with her. So that should earn me about 350-400 more calories.

    I'll be a bit under. I had to take Friday off due to an insane day at work, then having to take a kid to the Doctor, but I am pretty close anyway :)
