    It means "non scale victory". I had to ask one time myself, lol.

    It means Non Scale Victory. It represents something you can do now that you couldn't before because of the weight. It doesn't represent that you lost 2 lbs. It would mean more like you can finally put on a pair of jeans you couldn't before, etc. :-)
