Not only does it seem to good to be true, it seems like tons of work. And the "Results not typical" at the bottom of every testimony isn't very comforting either....

This is standard boilerplate "informercial" blahblahblah........

It's no different than the other 1,284,589 internet "lost weight fast" sites you can find.

Well from what I can see on the website it does not look bad. BUT, I would urge you to consider if they are really bringing anything new to the table. Blueprinting sounds cool but I bet that the suggestions are relatively the same for everybody - do these exercises and eat a healthy balanced diet made of non-processed real food. In MY experiences I have never been able to stick to a diet that tells me specifically what to eat every meal. (Half a grapefruit and a glass of milk? no thanks  )

Bottom line is that MFP gives you most of the tools, and the rest will be tweaking based on the results that you get. I would personally save the money for new clothes :)

My thoughts exactly. I asked because my neighbor ordered it. It hasn't come yet.
I thought by the time she reads all that stuff I will have burned over 1,000 calories plus, I personally wouldn't spend the money...Like, I did on that darn Ab Circle Pro...I slipped off that thing and skinned my knee! :embarassed: :grumble:
