For those of you who have done p90, how would you enter it under exercise? Do you enter it as strength training or circuit training?

Hello,
I just finished P90X yesterday. I logged all of the strength and resistance training days under "strength training" and I logged the Plyometrics, Kenpo X, and Cardio X workouts under "cardiovascular training". I wore a heart rate monitor when doing Plyo, Kenpo and Cardio and I found that I lost on average 600, 500 and 350 calories respectively for each exercise. I hope that helps!0 -
I just go to Exercise and add my own0

Another way to do it is to use Beachbody's Meal Plan Wizard http://www.teambeachbody.com/eat-smart/meal-plans/diet-wizard to calculate your daily calorie goal and then not enter anything in the Exercise Diary. I find that to be less cumbersome and quite effective, provided I stick to the workout schedule.0
