EXPELLER PRESSED COCONUT OIL

What is the difference between this kind of organic coconut oil and the extra Virgin kind? is it just the smell? Do they both have the same healthy benefits? thanks! Cuz I bought the expeller pressed kind, and i hope I didnt waste 7 bucks!

Expeller pressed is a form of extraction.

Extra Virgin -as it applies to olive oil is a standard/rating system. This website says there is no industry standard for this term in coconut oils.
