No one in my household likes any seafood.
How can I get the good-for-you stuff found in fish, in some other way?

If you're talking about primarily the omega 3 fatty acids, you can get those from flax, as well as from specially produced eggs which will shout "OMEGA 3" all over the carton and cost a little more. Do you like seafood yourself? If so, why not just have some salmon for a couple meals during the week when you don't eat with the rest of the family (unless you eat each and every meal with them).

There are plenty of dishes my family likes that I don't, so on a night that they have their favorite I have fish. Fish is so easy to cook it's no problem to make two meals.

If you're looking for omega-3, flaxseed meal is great source. You can add this to smoothies, pancake/waffle mix, mix with water to use a substitute for eggs in baking, or even add it to things like homemade veggie burgers.

Other foods with omega-3 are nuts (I believe walnuts are the best source), some vegetables (cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and cabbage), and soybeans.
