What foods did you used to hate or think was gross tasting that you now love?

I used to hate veggies on a sandwhich and now they are amazing!
Theres a lot of things I haven't had for awhile like a diet soda and when I have one I can't believe how sweet it tastes. I never remember it tasting like that! I also have found I love fresh veggies so much!

What about you?

Yes. I used to hate broccoli or all vegetables for that matter, and now I love them. I love veggie burgers, salad without dressing, and all sorts of nuts and soymilk, which I never liked. Also love yogurt. It's funny because foods I used to think tasted good- like the other day I had a mini hershey krackel bar..and it tasted like crap! It's kind of great. Still love the ice cream though..

I have found that when I was conscious of my sodium levels keeping it as low as i can, everything taste so much better. When a person cut backs on the salt all the natual salts in food stands out more.
