I'm new and excited to be here. I've been gaining weight slowly but surely over the last five years or so and want to start making some changes. I weigh 156lbs which doesn't sound too dreadful until I give my height which is 4' 9". I want to get somewhere between 120-125 which is still overwight according to BMI but I looked and felt great at that weight which was approx 10 years ago after my daughter was born. Until I had children, I was around 105 lbs which looked awesome but I felt terrible. I was pretty unhealthy , not eating properly, smoking etc.

My goal is to lose 1 pound a week.
