I could never see myself calorie counting. Just not something I could ever imagine doing. However, as a professional by day and social / competitive dancer at night I just had to do something and the Mobile App for this program was the ticket.

The large data base is incredibly helpful and combine that with the bar code scanner and it makes entering food very easy. I also love that you can memorize specially prepared meals that you might make again, but can change the amount and number of ingredients.

I've asked for a unit conversion calculator built in to make things a little easier (when given 100 grams as a baseline) or more options or both. I bought a 10 dollar scale at the local supermarket and it's been very handy at home.

The best part about this way of loosing weight or staying healthy is that I find myself reading labels all the time. Trading out one tortilla wrap (210 cal 1 gm fiber) for a excellent tasting whole wheat wrap of nearly the same size (80 cal 12 gms fiber) is just one of the adjustments that actually work well, taste better, and are a much healthier alternative. I would have never appreciated this without this app.

I'm looking for others that just wish to lend thier support and have friends on MFP. Thanks in advance and have a great weekend!
