for cheese lovers

Hi everyone,

Now that I've been counting my calories, I'm really missing cheese!
I found a great low cal combo that is definitely satisfying my cheese and bread/cracker cravings.
-Trader Joe's Raisin and Rosemary crisps (8 crisps for 60 calories) yummy!
with Laughing Cow blue cheese (35 calories per wedge) .
The combination of the sweet and savory is a perfect match and if you can afford (in calories) a glass of pinot gris to go with it even better!

    I love, LOVE my cheese. I do eat cheese but I use the food scale to make sure I count my calories correctly when eating my tasty treats. Also, I buy part skim mozzarella cheese in a block form, low cal and a tasty little treat.

    I add 1oz parmesan to a pot of quark (skimmed milk cheese) and it makes a whole lot of yummy low calorie cheese spread which satifies the cheese cravings for me.

    I love cheese - I just make sure I leave extra room in my diary for those cheese days :)
