    What's up, RC? My wife and I just started this just under a week ago after killing ourselves with HCG, and we figured this would be a little more sustainable. I'm looking to add a few other people to help me keep on track, too. What's your story?

    Staps065: It's simply a very extreme diet. To go from eating 3000+ calories a day (mostly because I had no CLUE I was eating so much) to eating 500 calories a day? Even with the drops, I still felt hungry. Worse, there is absolutely no variety, and you have to keep this up for weeks even AFTER the losing weight stage.

    Personally, I think this is more of a diet for those who are in serious desperation and can't figure their way to do something less extreme. The days I did it, there were results, but a good portion was probably also just water weight I was losing.

    This seems to work much better, and is far more sustainable in the long run.
