Do you wear certain pieces of clothing regardless of your weight (i.e bathing suit, skinny jeans etc)?
**Me- I have yet to own skinny jeans I figure if I am not skinny why would I wear "skinny" jeans? I do not wear a two piece bathing suit either. I also don't wear heels or wedge shoes anymore because I feel I am too fat and might break a heel. I know stupid but that's how I feel. I know some people's attitudes are you should wear whatever you want and be proud but I just can't. I will wear all that stuff once I get skinny though and I can't wait!!!!!!

I wear jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes now and did when I was skinny, but I have noticed that I lean towards black pants with low heeled boots and a button down strictly for my dress clothes since I got heavier, just did feel comfortable in any less or in any sort of a dress and heels0

i may be fat, but im still a beautiful person! so every now and then i put on my skinny jeans (or u could just call them skin tight or tight fit jeans), heels, and enjoy how i look at the time- i wont be skinny overnight, so in the meantime i have to deal with what i see now. and u wont break a heel, lol, but if ure worried, try some sexy wedges.0

I wear high heels no matter what I weigh. Looking taller can never be a bad thing, right?0

greatt question...because other people have to see me in these things i try to be respectful to the eyesight. i have seen to many things i wish i had not because some people feel they should put it all out there.i have started to wear some things when i know that it looks good on me and not because i just want to wear it. i have just started wearing sleeveless things again.....it is ok now....not a horrible jiggling mess...lol0

I find myself wearing baggy clothes now since I have gained weight. I have skinny jeans but don't wear them as much. I definitely don't wear a swim suit. I love dresses and form fitting shirts looking forward to wearing those again.0

I still wear skinny jeans. And heels occasionally. The heels especially give me a confidence boost actually. However, I do think I will enjoy these types of things a little more once I reach my goal weight.0

I don't do skinny jeans either. I do two-piece bathing suits but I pick them in a way that hides my flab better than I think one-pieces do. I get skirt bottoms and tankini tops to cover more skin. I actually prefer heeled shoes because I feel like they give the illusion of a leaner leg, but I usually prefer a wedge to a thin heel. I also wear dresses and skirts a lot more to hide my hips and saddle bags!0

Mostly I'm in scrubs but then I wear jeans shorts or whatever. I have some skinny jeans and I am not a little person but, I feel that I am still a beutiful person. No I don't just have everything skin tight because I am selfconscious. I have never worn a bathing suit even when I was little just because I don't feel the need to show all of my goods lol. I love some heels because they make me feel sexy. Today I put on my new outfit and asked my husband how it looked and it brought tears to his eyes (literally). I asked him what was wrong and he said I looked beautiful. And I felt beautiful. The particular boots I had on have like a pump heel but they were perfect. Treat yourself sometimes you'd be shocked at how it changes you whole attitude. Good luck with your weight loss.0

i wear skinny jeans, lol. I thought that too when that trend came back around, thought only "skinny" people should wear them, but that's subjective. I call my 5'7ish friend who weighed like 160 skinny, and she said she wasn't so to each is own. but I will not wear tank tops by themselves, mostly because I'm conservative anyway, but because I hate my fat arms, and I think it works for some people, so just whatever you feel comfortable with.0

Nothing makes me feel sexier than a slamming sun dress! I don't care what I weigh, if I can find a flowing, airy sundress on the rack, it's going home with me. That's one thing I'll never give up. Now, having said that, I can't abide by skinny jeans when a person doesn't qualify as "skinny." And, for the record, I dont' think guys should ever wear skinny jeans........EVER. IN LIFE. I DON'T CARE WHAT SIZE HE IS.
I was a teenager during the time when biker shorts and all manner of spandex was in "style". U.S. circa 1986 was a period when all overweight people should have taken stock in their clothing choices. Some stuff just ain't for everyone. I have a pair of skinny jeans...with spandex worked in there. I don't know WHY I have them, 'cuz I ain't wearing them. I think I let my kids talk me into getting them. But they're where they should be...in the back of my closet.0
