So I began Insanity 63 days ago and I am so glad I did. Here are my results:

I never thought I would make it through month 2 but Shaun T helped me out!!! Cait wait to try round 2!! Here's hoping for even better results than the 1st time!!!!

Insanity was too frikkin hard for me, but I admire you! It' rough on the knees and my knees aren't my best feature. I love the Shaun guy, though, and every once in awhile I do some of the workout for variety.
