Here's my post from a month or so ago. I've lost about 10 pounds since this.0 -
I'm 5'1" Heaviest weight was me here at 160ish
today this was me at 133 in a dress i haven't fit in in 5 years.

I'm 5 ft 1 1/2 inches and this is me saying goodbye to my size 10's. I'm now a size 5/6.0 -
I don`t know how to add pictures here, but i have some before and after on my profile..
I am 5`1 my highest weight was 168lb. I was using the Calorie Count website before,
Then i found MFP my starting weight here was 153 lb..And right now i am 142 lb.0 -

I went from 160 lbs to 127 lbs two years ago because of disordered eating habits. I lost the weight very fast (~2 months?) but I got very sick because I was starving myself. Then I started eating normally and went up to 141 lbs and maintained for two years. Then started MFP on March 2011 and I've gone from ~141 l bs to ~118 lbs in six months. I'm doing it the healthy way this time around and it is SO worth it, I feel great all time0 -

I am glad that you are healthy now. I would've been very sad if it was otherwise. You look great and the time that it took you to lose the weight is perfect!0 -
