    Yesterday got an allergy attack... after i did my workout... but i may have to take it easy today... still feel heavy-headed

    I am in! weighed in at 179.9 (for whaterver reason it matters that it didnt say 180) I would like to be down 5 lbs by Halloween. Slow and steady finishes the race right?

    Ran 2.5 miles yesterday morning. Would have ran further, however I took a tumble and have some serious road rash on my knee. (I'll post on my profile today) Stupid small town pot holes!

    Running this evening. Hopefully I will miss the pot hole, I must say it was still dark outside when I fell! SUPERSTAR!
