What are your goals for this week? (9/5 - 9/11)

    1) to try my hardest at badminton tonight - no slacking off!
    2) to get the bus I should get to work every morning, so that I get in on time
    3) to get 3 job applications submitted by the end of friday
    4) to stay within 100 cals of my target each day, unless I've exercised, in which case I'll aim to be a third of my exercise cals under target (no HRM and dont believe the mpf estimates on burn)

    1.Exercise more.
    2. Make it into the 170s by Friday
    3.Try running at least for 5 minutes. running with asthma is extremely hard for me.

    My goals are:

    1. Stick within my 50 calories of my calorie limit
    2. Go to the gym each day after work for half an hour
    3. Stay under my sugar limit
  • 1) Not pig out at a wedding I have on Saturday
    2) Walk on my 30 minute lunch break (I still have a 10 minute break to actually eat lunch)
  • My goals are:
    1. Exercise more havent been doing as much as i could.
    2. Go on the crosstrainer at least twice this week for 40 minutes.
    3. Lose 2lb this would bring my total lost to 14lb( weigh in saturday morning)

    It's now under 8 weeks until my wedding, so this should help focus my mind:

    1) not eat my exercise calories
    2) stick to the exercise plan.
    3) put the candy in the cupboard and leave it there for this week - if I am successful, I can have one on Sunday
    4) yoga sun salutations in the mornings
    5) go walkies at lunch time, even if it's raining
  • Goals this week:

    Workout once more than I usually would
    Stay within my calorie goal everyday
    Not drink so much beer this weekend
    Lose at least 2 lbs!

    3. Exercise at least 3 days after work

    My goals this week are:

    1. Keep my calories in check even though I'm going to start a brand new routine while entering school
    2. Keep doing my 30 Day shred daily despite my new routine
    3. Keep meditating 15 minutes a day despite my new routine
    4. Make sure to have fun despite my new routine LOL

    My goals are:

    No alcohol on week days
    Run 25 mins without stopping
    Get back to cooking fresh meals
    Start some HIIT

    I ran 25mins without stopping last night so can cross that off my list!

    I really love this - thanks for posting!!!

    My problem lately has been putting crap in my body. Yes, I still come under in calories, but I should be eating more fruits and veggies and less processed stuff (if it is processed, it should be 'whole.') That's my goal for the week.

    I also joined a challenge in which we're supposed to burn 5,000 a week in September. Enough said with that one!
  • I have a 32 oz. water bottle I drink from at work, so I try to at least drink 3 of those! It's tough but I don't drink anything else.
  • Well todays thurs so 4 the nxt 4days I will :
    Stick to my calorie goals (still battling with this :()
    Drink 2-3l water
    Workout @least 3 times
    Hopefully lose 1kg (2lbs)

    Same. I still have been netting over 1200 for the past 4 days (today included), but I have gradually cut down my daily caloric intake, and I exercise more.

    I reached my first goal weight today :Weighed myself this morning and lost 1.8 lbs (despite eating more) :bigsmile:

    Good job! I reached one of my goals, which was to exercise more. As for the rest, I'll make a greater effort to accomplish them.
