Just Getting Started

Hi my name is Dawn and I just got started on this site and with my diet a few days ago. I am trying to keep to a 1,200 calorie diet and workout an absolutely minimum of 120 minutes per week, preferably more. The first eighteen years of my life my weight was under control but after recovering from an eating disorder I have been unable to keep my weight down in a healthy way. In the last few years I have rapidly put on about one hundred pounds and I hope to get rid of all of it. I have been an avid fitness freak in the past and know the basic guidelines to a sensible diet. I am willing to offer support and am looking for some in return.
