Welcome! I am currently at 186.5 and am only 4'11" so I definitely understand. The most important thing you can do to lose weight is eat breakfast!! This is my biggest challenge since I really hate most breakfast foods and have never really ate breakfast until about 11am. Feel free to add me if you'd like.0

Hi, I'm new too, just started a bootcamp and a new journey yesterday too! I have always struggled with weight, I have lost and gained weight back many times. I plan on making this my last one, I'm older and am now diabetic. So I have to!
I think the best advice I can give you is to continually push yourself. Those days when you don't want to work out and your exhausted and sore from the day before, MAKE yourself do it. That workout will be the most rewarding! Also you have to make healthy eating a lifestyle change! You can do it, you're young and if you start now it will last the rest of your life! Good Luck, I know you can do it!!!
Feel Free to add me too!0
