Monday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Power Knees

Let's see if we can do 250 of them.

These are tough so it is a challenge...However, some of you may recognize them.
You can use both legs or just one...this time it does not matter.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    So sitting here bored at almost 1 in the morning on Monday I come across this post--and I did it! That was super hard and I had to take breaks, but it feels awesome that I got through them all. Good luck to everyone else! :)

    Just finished my 250...took me around 3 minutes to get them all in...did 25 per leg which seemed to help keep the pace going! A few short 15 second rest in between each set! What a short burst of a workout wish I would have had HRM on just to see the calories burned!

    What a great idea, haven't seen these posts before, but i'll keep an eye out for them in future!!
    I've done 50 per side, hopefully will get the rest in later!

    ohh, I do this on one of my DVD's. Can they be done slow? or does it need to be super fast like the video. I'm afraid of balancing. lol
