:sad: hello everyone My name is Mary and I am obese. I have a lot of health issues and need to lose weight badly. Of course on of the new meds I will be taking will cause me to gain. I have spent my whole life trying to lose and hope that this site will help me. It does all the figuring for me.

    I am in the same boat as you. I am very over weight and have a few health problems myself. I just started recording in the online diary a few days ago. I wish you luck.
