Power 90, when to add weight to dumbbells

I'm on my 4th week of Power 90 and I love it so far, it's really toning up my body and makes me stronger, and I can't wait to see the results after 90 days. At the moment I have 4.5 kilos on my dumbbells, and I can do 15 reps of almost all of the exercises (doing about 12 of the swimmers press, and 12 of the left arm back scratchers). Sure, I'm getting tired doing the other exercises as well, but not as much as I did in the beginning doing P90. When is it time for me to add some weight to my dumbbells? Is it better do lift more and do 8 reps instead?

Thanks.

That depends on what you are looking do do.

More weight + less reps = muscles (most guys want this)
Less weight + more reps = long lean muscles (most girls want this)

This info I learned from Mr. Tony Horton on Sculpt 5/6.

The last 3 reps should be tough and if they are not, add weight. 8-10reps to build muscles, 12-1t to tone. Another tip from tony!

Thanks! I added another kilo to my dumbbells today, and I'm thinking about adding even a bit more to some of the reps as I'm still able to do 15 of them without a really big problem (still hard, but maybe not hard enough). I guess I need to buy some more dumbbells so I don't have to take long breaks to add or reduce the number of weights on the ones I have now.
