Intermittent fasting from Martin Berkhan and full body worko

For those that dont know what intermittent fasting from Marin Berkhan is its 16 hours of fast and 8 hours of eating.

How many have tried to put on muscle and loose fat with his method?
Lets say that ill go for 3 times per week full body workout (maybe some low intensity cardio with this on rest days) and eat around 150-180g of carbs 60g of fat and 200g of protein that is around 2000 calories and drop carbs to 50-80g and up the fats on rest days and lower calories to around 1500. Ofc if I loose even more ill just eat more calories.
If anyone has any full body workout recommendations please do tell

Doesn't Martin recommend sticking to the larger compound movements for the 3x workouts/week?0
