Intermittent fasting from Martin Berkhan and full body worko

For those that dont know what intermittent fasting from Marin Berkhan is its 16 hours of fast and 8 hours of eating.

How many have tried to put on muscle and loose fat with his method?

Lets say that ill go for 3 times per week full body workout (maybe some low intensity cardio with this on rest days) and eat around 150-180g of carbs 60g of fat and 200g of protein that is around 2000 calories and drop carbs to 50-80g and up the fats on rest days and lower calories to around 1500. Ofc if I loose even more ill just eat more calories.
If anyone has any full body workout recommendations please do tell :)
