I've had a three month break after losing 23 lbs but now I'm back to start again!
I'd love friends on here- I'm from England but I don't mind who adds me.
for anyone wondering if it works- after 4 years of gettig bigger and bigger it has changed the way I look at food so much that even with 3 months off I haven't put a pound back on.
