Starting Turbo Fire

Hello,

I start Turbo Fire tomorrow and I was curious how you log your exercise for that. When I type in Turbo Fire to put into my exercise log nothing comes up (which I expected). If there any other Turbo Fire users out there, what do you do?

    if you wear a HRM you can just input what was burned.. but if not iwould just use Aerobics, high impact

    I use my Polar HRM. It's the only way you'll have an "accurate" (as much as it can be) account of what you're burning because it's different for everyone.

    8 x minutes.. so you workout 40 minutes put 320 you most likely burn more but without a HRM or Bodybugg this is rough guessimate.

    I have a question about the inferno plan: Should you NET 1200 calories with the exercises or should you only consume 1200 calories and not take into account the exercises?
