Still confused...

Good morning....

So....The scale is going down VERY slowly...And I am wondering if it is because I eat all my exercise calories every day?

I know in terms of metabolism, eating too low calorie in not a healthy option but I am at a loss about the SLOWWWWWWWW LOSS :(

    slow is good. As long as it is going down. keep the metabolism up eat every 2 to 3 hours healthy meals and snacks always eat a lean protein with meals.

    what do u class as slow? 1 pound per week is a good rate of loss.
