Been looking for a food diary that would not cost me an arm or leg. I am a Curves member and presently participating in a 4 week tune up which is a follow up to their 6 week Weight Management Program. For me, it is necessary to record everything I eat in order to be successful. My Fitness Pal is the answer to my problem and the price is right!! Are there any other Curves members out there.

  • Thanks. I find I am doing much better this time around. I do have a good support group at Curves. We are meeting weekly right now and discuss just how we are doing. I have passed on the info about this site to them. Hope you are able to do it. Don't give up. I have been working on myself since last January. Tomorrow I will complete my 200th workout. Something I did not think I could do. Hang in there do not give up. I does take time but results will come.

  • Hello everyone............... seem to me i picked the wrong time for dieting from reading some of the comments. I am on a 21 day fast from 12 midnite to 3 pm do you think it will hinder my weight loss
    I love this site everyone seem so supportive of each other. My goal is to lose 45 lbs.:flowerforyou:
