Does anyone have any good soy recipes, I have been diagnosed with IBS and cannot have any dairy. I am having trouble finding creative ways to eat soy products.

Are you talking about things like tofu and tempeh or soy beans or what exactly? I don't eat dairy and I rarely eat soy, so I'm curious as to what you are using it for.

One thing I've found useful is the following site: http://dairyfreerecipes.wikia.com/wiki/Dairy_Free_Recipes_Wiki

I am vegan and don't eat dairy products. I use soy milk occasionally, but prefer almond milk. I usually have original soy, original almond, unsweetened almond, and vanilla almond in my fridge at any given time. I will drink straight or use over cereal the unsweetened, add sweetened vanilla to my oatmeal, and use the original soy and almond for cooking - soy for savory and almond for sweeter things like baked goods. I use Vegan Gourmet sour cream and Earth Balance margarine.

For an alfredo type sauce, I blend raw almonds, garlic, water, and salt and cayenne pepper until smooth, then cook for 7 minutes on the stove. Yummo! I'll make a soy roux for my vegan pesto cream sauce for pasta.
