Insanity/P90X Success (lots of pics)

My wife (newmeat30) wanted me to post a success story so here goes...

The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I started getting in shape in January 2011 doing Insanity with my wife for moral support. As soon as that finished I started P90X (part way through P90X I started using MFP to keep track of my calories and workouts). I finished my first round and immediately started my second round (I also talked my wife into doing it with me). I'll be finished with my second round of P90X on September 13th and then I'm immediately starting P90X/Insanity Hybrid. There is no magic behind my transformation, just working out hard, counting my calories, making healthier food choices, eating back all/most of my exercise calories, and just staying active. I still eat mainly what I want, I just eat less of it (well...a lot less cookies and ice cream)...portions people!

    Awesome work! I can see your entire six pack!! I am more than half way through insanity and plan to do p90x right after, your results definitely make me want to stick to what I am doing!! Great job!

    WOW!!!!!! Sometimes I look at before and after shots and honestly, I don't see a difference. I saw both sets of "Before" pics and thought poor guy, there isn't any difference! LOL Joke was on me!! I scrolled down and WOW!!!!! HOT DAMN those are some nice abs!!!! You look AMAZING :) Congratulations!!!!!

    I'm starting the hybrid next week. It is gonna be tough but I'm looking forward to it.
