insanity workout

i wanted to start the insanity workout, but suddenly i am scheduled for work everyday this week (midday so it's awkward to find a time to workout) as well as having school twice a week.
has anyone done the program skipping days? like one day off here, two off there, because i just don't have the time to go to school (10am-10pm) and workout on the same day. i'm just worried that consistency is needed to make something like that have an effect.
any input?

I tried to do it that way and I found that it was very difficult to stay on track and keep up with the program. What worked for me was to get up an hour earlier each day and just get it done. You will be better off that way than skipping.0

I am doing the Insanity right now, and I will be honest, I have a hard time doing it on Saturdays! I do good Monday through Friday and then once Saturday comes I just don't feel like doing it! I just finished week 4, and I will say that I did my measurements 2 weeks in to it, and I was already down an inch in my waiste! So, I think as long as you try to do it 4 or 5 days out of the 6 you will probably see some results. Hope this helps, and good luck!0

I just finished the Insanity program yesterday and in order to see the greatest benefits I would recommend following the schedule and not missing additional days. For me this meant setting my alarm for 4:50am to get up and get my workout in before I had to get to work!
Good luck to you!0
