Is there any place online i can watch it and do along with it. or do i have to go out and buy it?
The only DVD i own is biggest loser last chance workout.

    I think you have to buy it. I have Bright House and they have the first 2 levels for free on the fitness channel. But not the third level so I completed those two levels and felt obligated to buy the DVD for the 3rd. If you can try it that way, it's a good way to sample before you buy.

    If you have Exercise TV on Demand... they have level one. It is a cheap dvd though. I would recommend it for sure. I am on day 2 of level 2. Great workout... With my HRM 20 minutes of this workout burns 250 calories
