If your family is like mine, it's rare that we all like the same things! It's very difficult! :grumble:

    Good luck though! :flowerforyou:

    Pizza.
    Hot dogs.
    Lasagna.

... but you probably meant 'healthy' foods, or at least low-cal meals.

I eat whatever the family eats, I just portion control mine. It's the rare occasion dh, dd and I all eat the exact same meal at one time.

Just about anything works I like a nice pork loin chop wit ha little shake n bake or chicken baked wit ha baked potato and steamed carrots. There's all sorts of thing what is it your looking for? I always log my dinner first in the morning so I know what I have to work with for the rest of the day. Or some speghetti I love that quick fix.

Spaghetti Bolognese - with tomato puree instead of a sauce, or use quorn instead of mince, add a few different vegetables, always goes down well with my DH & sons and the best part, it's healthy

We're having Spaghette and veggies of some sort. We usually grill a meat of some sort and have frozen vegies and a fruit and the kids get bread and butter and milk.

    Yes, spagetti idea is great!

Baked chicken with Ms Dash garlic & herb. Its amazing. With yellow rice and a veggie of choice (for my family its green beans, okra or broccoli)

Hamburgers! If you get the 97% lean, with a whole wheat bun, little barbecue sauce and a slice of cheese its only about 450 cals! Plus, hamburgers are customizable for each picky eater.

Grilled Cheese & Tomato soup! Always a fav, go for the 25% less sodium Campbell's tomato soup though.

    Hope these help! :flowerforyou:

Pizza made on tortilla crusts with lowfat cheese & turkey pepperoni. Or on bagels (Thomas' light or 100 calorie mini bagels) or even on "light" english muffins (they have lower cals and high fiber) You can always have any kind of veggie or mushroom topping too, or browned lean ground beef as well.

Hamburgers served on "light" rolls and made with 90% or better ground beef (they'll have to be rare-ish so they stay moist) Top with most anything but mayo! Need "fries" on the side? Cut some potatoes into wedges and place in a ziplock bag with seasonings like parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper - whatever you like.... then bake in the oven at 400 til they're brown & crunchy.

A pot of pasta (Ronzoni Smart choice is white, low cal, high in fiber and calcium and they'll never know the difference!) Make your sauce from crushed or diced tomatoes, and load up with other veggies you like (zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic, etc) & add your own spices. If you want meat-sauce, use half a pound (or more if you want) of 90% or better lean ground beef - browned, drained and rinsed before adding the sauce.
