I got myself one of those wrist BP monitors today, and I am pleased to say, my blood pressure was 113/78 - lowest it's been for some time :bigsmile:

    Well it was great, my son used it, and now it won't work :sad:
    Back to Argos for me tomorrow :grumble:

    Beware of the wrist monitors, they are not always that accurate, i used to work as an aide in a nursing home, and the nurses didn't like us using those because they were wrong alot. The arm ones are more accurate.
