Thighs!

Hey! I was wondering if anybody had some good excersice ideas for getting rid of that inner thigh flub. Anything will help!:smile:

    Pilates I love it it tones and tightens. It takes a while to get the thighs especially the inner thighs. But mine are a work in progress.

    lunges! along with cardio.

    getting your heart rate up is what helps the most, cardio is the best, but lunges get them all shaped up.

    I am with LightenUp and lunges are great. I should be doing them myself but my trainer told me to do 5 sets from one side of the room to the other. Now my thighs hurt after 1 set - I am so out of shape. There are a couple good machines if you are a member of a gym. One machine does inner and outer.
