DELICIOUS Breakfast!

A slice of toast, egg whites with mango salsa, and pineapple slices. Here is the breakdown:


1/4 cup egg whites - 30 cal
1 Slice of Mack's Flax bread - 110 Cal
1/2 tbsp unsalted butter - 50 cal (for toast and to scramble eggs in)
2 tbsp Peach Mango Salsa - 15 cal (I put on my eggs and eat it with the toast) DELICIOUS! I bought a big jar at Costco
2 slices of pineapple - 49 cal

Total Breakfast Calories: 254
Both filling and delicious! I have eaten it 3 days straight!!

    How do you get a quarter cup of eggs? Is that yellow or white? How many total eggs is that?

    Using something like Eggbeaters egg whites ( they come in a little milk-like carton) will get you 1/4 cup.

    It's egg whites in a milk carton.

    I have 1/3 cup of egg whites (equivalent to 2 eggs but way less calories and no yolks and good protein) & 2 tablespoons of salsa. I also have Morning Star Maple flavor sausage.. they are excellent! Very low calorie breakfast with high amounts of protein!! Perfect!
