Yesterday my personal trainer made me run on the treadmill at 11 (i don't know if that will mean anything for americans) but for me, that is a speed i have never even attempted to run at thinking i'll just fall off and embarrass myself. but it was relatively easy, surprisingly.

i've always seen the ultra fit people running at 11 and have stuck to my meagre 8 with an incline because I just didn't think i could do it. WOW!!! Amazing, now I can pump it up to 11 and do interval training on the treadmill.

So I might not be the skinniest card in the deck, i'd have to say that i'm really so much fitter than i ever have been, even when i was 15kg lighter than I am now, and going to the gym 4 times a week.
