You don't want to be one of those people that sees those new bra infomercials and says, "OOh, just what I need".0

Just always remember YOU ARE WORTH ALL OF THE EFFORT. DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. YOU CAN DO THIS.0

Look how far you have come! You have done so much already.! Remember how strong you are. AND, you must be to accomplish what you have done so far. One day at a time. Just focus on the day! Find little ways to treat yourself so that you
don't feel deprived Thanks for being so candid. AND.. we all have those times where we don't feel motivated.. !0 -
Well firstly just looking at your signature I would suggest a much more mini mini goal. 14lbs might not sound like much but it is quite a lot. Especially in that amount of time. When you're having a hard time getting closer to your goal it can be really dis-heartening.0

I hope this helps.Try to remember you are in control. You can do it. You may not be in control of everything in your life but with your health and your goal you are in control. You can and you will do it! Get up smile and do what you know you have to do. DO as much as you can then tomorrow do equal or more. You will succeed because you can do anything.0 -

Best advice ever.
Just remember you are fully capable of succeeding. The only thing standing in your way is you. You can control yourself, so get out of the way and get moving!0 -
What are these bra infomercials?0

Get up and go for a walk! Right now!!!! Just down the street or around the neighborhood! Just do it!
While walking, think about the fact that you are the ONLY one that can do this for yourself and that you CAN do it!
Then decide what you are going to eat tomorrow. Pick some yummy, but healthy foods that aren't too hard to make. While you are at it, think of one yummy cheat type of food and plan to have it tomorrow, but nothing else that isn't healthy.
Every moment is about just that moment. You make choices all day long. Be proud of the good choices and don't assume that the poor choices will negate the good ones. Just decide to make a good one afterward!
Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend if you need extra support!

HAVE FUN!!!! try a new sport, or a dance style, martial arts, or zumba or anything active!! if you enjoy it you'll stick to it and you may even add in other exercise to do it better, and likely you'll think twice about what you put in your mouth because you'll know how it affects your favourite activity.0

Don't give up. It is very easy to lose motivation and put off eating right & working out until tomorrow...and then the day after that...and so on. Before long, weeks go by and you feel like kicking yourself in the *kitten* for not staying on top of your game. I'm speaking from experience.
Just set up a workout schedule and make yourself stick to it. Switch up your routine so it doesn't get boring and keep track of your calories. It will be hard work but the rewards of a healthy life style far out weight the risks of being lazy. Best of Luck!0 -
