This is amazing. You should make it now. Really. Now. We used a sweet curry with a dash of spicy. Next time it'll be half and half sweet and spicy. But, so good! Tons of flavor. Ok, make it now.

    Hmmm... I believe I will try this sometime. I'll replace the chicken with lentils. (I have some I need to use anyway.) I would probably replace the jasmine rice with brown rice, but somehow, some way I think an Indian person would appear out of nowhere to smack me soundly in the head. :happy:
