how to add 30day shred to exercise

sorry i am still new to this site, i tried to look for the 30 day shred thing to add on exercise, but nothing comes up. anyone know how i can do this?

It is in cardio as circuit training. I use a HRM. You will love 30 Day Shred. I am on level 2 day 2... and feeling it LOL0

i always added it under circuit training and however long it lasted for me.
easy program, now that im finished with it lol...enjoy it0
