I'm trying to follow you on this, but you got to give me something more to go on.
Are you looking for suggestions on what type of exercise to do?
Sprinting definitely will increase your ability to sprint and will torch calories due to high effort. Run walk run as in intervals?
I personally like cycling, but I also lift weights, run, and swim.
