so i've been on here once or twice but have only recently been paying attention to the forums.

i personally find i have a hard time keeping motivated as far as my work out sessions go. i also find it difficult to take the time and prepare the healthy meals i need due to being a full time student.

what are some tips and tricks that help you keep focus and motivated all day long?

    I constantly remind mself of my goals, of why I want to be healthy, and I track, track, track my food. I find when I nourish my body properly, I have no problem hitting the track and working out. I also just tell my self to get my *kitten* off the couch and do something.

    Make yourself go to the gym on campus- pack your work out gear and get there a few times a week at least. Take advantage of it, if you have one on Campus, while your membership is "free".
