I ate to much tonight and I feel like I just messed my self up... What should I do??

Yes, move on tomorrow... But you also might want to think about when and why you ate so much - can you come up with a strategy to stop it happening again?0

Just looked at our diary from yest- You did a great job all day long with the exception of the sugar cookie- and even that only put you a few calories over. Don't beat yourself up...tomorrow- eat 1/2 the cookie.0

Log it, close out your diary, drink water and move on.
One day is NOT going to throw you off track - unless you let it. Start tomorrow fresh.
