I feel horrible!!!

I ate to much tonight and I feel like I just messed my self up... What should I do??

    don't worry about it, 1 day isn't going to kill your progress. get back on track tomorrow

    Yes, move on tomorrow... But you also might want to think about when and why you ate so much - can you come up with a strategy to stop it happening again?
  • Just looked at our diary from yest- You did a great job all day long with the exception of the sugar cookie- and even that only put you a few calories over. Don't beat yourself up...tomorrow- eat 1/2 the cookie.

    Log it, close out your diary, drink water and move on.

    One day is NOT going to throw you off track - unless you let it. Start tomorrow fresh.
