Have any of you finished the 30 day shred dvd? and did you get good results? And how did you log it? Thanks everyone!

    I lost 11.2 lbs and 5 1/2 inches. I have a heart rate monitor so I used that, but before I did, I logged it as 20 minutes of high impact aerobics, which was actually pretty accurate.
  • I haven't started it yet because I'm waiting until I get back from vacation, but one of my best friends did it and she had great results!

    I just started it and have been logging it as circuit training.

    i have 10 more days at lvl 3 then i'm done. but so far i'm down about 8lbs and 6 inches all over. my legs and arms ar so much stronger and my indurance is up when i treadmill or do my other workouts. it is an *kitten* kicking but in a good way! and my trainer friend said it is considered circuit training.

    I bought it to start when my 6 weeks after having baby has passed! Hope it works for me too. 5 more weeks and I will be trying it.
