I am looking to drop 10 Pounds this month. Any advice is welcome :)

    I'm looking to drop 10lbs too, I'm trying to get down to 145lbs and I'm at 157lbs now. What's been really working for me is the cardio. I do about 30-60min a day and try to get my heart rate up. I just started the C25K which is great in that aspect. I also drink tons of water, on top of watching what I eat.

    I guess best way is to get on a beans-salad diet and do Carb Recycling! The weight will drop quickly. If you are exercising, it will aid the effort.

    If possible, read a book by Tim Ferris called "The 4 Hour Body".

    my 1st week i exercised everyday for an hour and ate 1200-1500 cals a day lost 6lbs. 2nd-3rd week same workout and lost nothing. beginning of 4th week, lowered sodium to 1800, drank more water instead of 8 glasses i made it 12-16 cause i was overdosing on the sodium weeks prior, exercised every other day for 30 minutes, lowered cals to 1100-1200 and had a spike day once(3000cals lol) and was down 4 pounds. so i was astonished i lost another 4, thought i was stuck at 6 lol..

  • Just gotta keep using different routines and different cardio machines example 3.0 treadmill 10+ incline, stairmaster, HIIT training etc... And have a day or two where you consume slightly higher carbs then your on days. Dont let your body get used to the Same routine over & over again.
