    I think most/any of the results body wise came from the kettlebells.
    I so need to get back to it.
    I still have some icky skin stuff going on :/

    It took me from Sept 09 to December 10 to lose down to 150 lbs.
    It's been almost 10 months and I've only lost 7-ish pounds.
    I hope to make it to 140 and maintain there by the end of this year.

    Can I ask what your calories were when you upped them to lose the most recent weight? I'm struggling with the last 15lbs and wondering if my calories are too low or too high?
