Recommend a HRM

I am going to buy a HRM and would like to know what everyone has had success with . I would prefer not to spend more than $50 (although I understand that you get what you pay for) and would like something that accurately tells me how many calories I've lost. So what are your suggestions?

BTW I live out in the middle of nowhere so my options of where to buy it are limited to WalMart and K Mart unless I buy online or wait another 2 weeks when we go to visit Salt Lake.

    Do not buy one from Walmart or K-Mart.. those won't be very good at accurately estimating calories burned.

    I'd look online at Amazon. Sounds like the Polar FT4 is in your range.. it's about 63 dollars shipped on there.
